This time, my friend was not happy with her hair cut, she wanted a light wispy bangs, but the service did not deliver. On my case, I wanted a butterfly cut with face framing. I showed my hair lady what I wanted and she seemed like she knew what she was doing. Side note, I used to get butterfly cut with face framing all the time, so I've watched my old hairstyler do their thaang.
