And man did I relax!!!!! They don't seem to do the whole video examination of the scalp which I have seen advertised in some places. It was simply go and start on the wash. And I love getting pampered (when I can afford it). I love getting facials, massages, manicured and pedicures. And now I plan on adding this to my roster. My normal hair stylist offers a deep wash but this is a deep clean of the scalp which feels totally different and you feel all the tingles. Head tingles, body tingles, which I felt helped me zone out. Now I will say process itself did feel longer than expected. I showed up 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment and with the blowout process it did take over an hour (again thick, coiled hair) but Milla was so great.
