The person who I had booked for my blonding was more expensive than the other stylists in the salon, which I intentionally wanted that person. I came in and I talked with the person I booked with. They then went and put in extensions on a coworker who worked there and I had two girls color, tone and cut my hair. The stylist I booked and paid extra for only blow dried my hair. I was upset with that but still left happy with my color. I got home and looked at the back of my hair.. I genuinely cried over how bad it looked. Not only did my hair turn out awful with 2000s streaks, I had hot spots and my hair was so, so brassy. I also paid extra for a stylist who didn't even touch my hair. The salon was nice and the girls who did my hair were so sweet, but my hair looked like a raccoon :(

I was a little surprised when I got there at how small it is inside, especially for the number of stylists working there. It was too cramped/noisy for me. I went over what I wanted w/ the stylist - wash, cut and style. She took me over to the sink and washed my hair very quickly and only one wash, not even a condition. Then wrapped the towel around my hair, but as she told me to get up, water poured down the back of my shirt! She apologized but then laughed and said that happens ALL the time because of their sinks. She did offer to blowdry the back of my shirt. So after that she proceeded to cut my hair and style it, all the while answering about 5 phone calls. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes! The cut wasn't a bad style, but she didn't take the time to trim it all like I'd asked and I walked out of there w/ split ends. Also the styling was very 1980's. I was very disappointed in the overall experience and especially for the price.
