The sales people are not trained well and sold us drapery which look like someone took a sheet and pinned it with clips attached to rings. I tried many time to resolve this , the response was I needed to spend more money for an upgrade. The drapery panel kept coming off the clips because they used an inexpensive rod which was telescopic and the drapes could not pass over the rod effectively. Do not recommend.

Unfortunately, my experience with the sales process and pricing was very disappointing. I received a quote that was significantly higher than expected and much higher than what others have paid for comparable installations within a few months from when I received my quote. I provided information about a friend who recently had Sunburst shutters installed for several windows at a much lower total cost, hoping the company would work with me to find a reasonable solution. I made it clear that I liked the product and was ready to purchase, but the pricing made it impossible to justify moving forward. I was also disappointed with the advertised "25% off" promotion. The way it was presented gave the impression that customers would receive 25% off their purchase, but I later learned there were significant requirements and a very high spending threshold needed to actually receive that discount. That felt misleading and was frustrating as a customer trying to understand the true cost. They provided a schematic of how the door would look, and an easy to understand and competitively priced project proposal. The proposal also detailed several options we were considering, including 1/2" glass. We opted to move forward with Pioneer, they estimated it would take approximately three weeks to order our custom door. Just under three weeks later, our door arrived and was installed a few days later. There were no issues, the measurements were correct, door looked great and worked perfectly and swings easily, all 90 pounds of glass. And the 1/2" glass gives the shower a high-end look and feel. We'd be delighted to work with them again on our next glass related project.

As a seasoned installer, my only suggestion is for the roller blind bracket "wing nut". The roller bar has a very tight space to start the threading of the nut. Persistence works well. So, if the wing nut had only "one" longer wing, It would be a "one finger" install.
