I made an appointment via phone for a Tuesday at 9:30am. I inquired about getting a shorter haircut. The person who answered the phone was very cheerful and was able to schedule an appointment for me very quickly. When I walked in to this location, I was greeted by the front desk associate. She was very friendly and it made me feel valued and welcomed. She told me that my stylist wasn't there yet, but would be with me as soon as she arrived. My stylist, Sarah, arrived a few moments later and warmly greeted me. I followed her back to her station, and we talked a little bit about what I was looking for. I showed her a photo I found on Pinterest, and she said she would be able to help me achieve the hairstyle I was looking for. I went in with hair a little longer than my shoulders, and left with a very cute pixie haircut! Sarah did a great job balancing conversation with efficiency in her service. I enjoyed how quickly yet thoroughly she was able to cut my hair. I received a wash, and she put curl cream in my hair when she was done. I appreciate the extra attention to detail she gave to my hair. I was very nervous going in, but I appreciate that she didn't hesitate to give me what I wanted. This was probably the strangest haircut I have ever had. To start. I had an appointment with Alberto, but that wasn't who I got. I got a young woman who had some really weird art on her nails, and she seemed to be very concerned about her nails when washing my hair. Not all of my hair was wet, the base of my scull was still dry. She combed it all straight and just cut along the bottom. Then she put a bunch of product in my hair and blow dried it, after that, she brushed it straight and trimmed it up again. I have had many haircuts and have not had layers in my hair and probably 20 years. But they did not start with cutting in layers on my hair. My son said it looked a little uneven in one spot in the back. You can see in the picture that on the right there is a little bit of a longer spot than the rest of it. The Salon reached out to me the same day. I posted this wishing to make it better and apologized. I do appreciate that, but I won't try it again. read more

We cut a bunch off with absolutely no fear and for the first time in almost 1.5 yrs I am loving the color. Eager for even more blonde but love love love it. So as a disclaimer ... and also to help you understand how picky I am. I have always dyed my own hair (I was light blonde of 6+ years) and have very seldom let anyone else touch my hair even for styling. I found this place and decided to give it a go and it was a great decision. The owner did my color, we spoke about my end goal in terms of dimension etc. he was honest and we came up with a mini plan. My hair color looks fantastic! I couldn't be happier with the color. My appointment was with Alberto, and he really listened to what I wanted. He took his time, (even though I was the last appointment of the day) and made sure I 100% loved my hair when I left! Eight weeks ago for the second time, I had my had colored, highlighted, and cut. You can imagine my surprise yesterday, when AFTER getting my hair cut and colored, his fee almost doubled. Although I had to wait 30 minutes after my appointment time to be seen, it was not Alberto took worked with me. He decided my color processing time was done based on time alone, and had nothing to do to see if the red color placed on brunette hair had even taken. The 2 1/2 hours that I was there, Alberto did not even spend more than 15 minutes with me in total, and seemingly was more interested in reading text messages on his watch while drying my hair. It was a long drive for me, but based on good reviews I made an appointment to talk about a Design Wave, a pop of color and style. Granted, I've grated and am older. I wanted to be fun. My appointment was with Kori. We discussed my hair, that I'm thinking of a body wave because it's fine and thin, I needed some help. Mostly I felt like she was arguing with me, that I just needed to find better products and it will be great. I e had this hair for my entire life, I already tried all the products I heard her say. I was definitely not heard. After telling me a wave is too drying, she also said her hands aren't good to do perms, she doesn't do those. All in all, I probably should have left but I got a trim and left. I will say that I was listening to Alberto with clients. He was listening, giving advice, and seemed very kind. I went and had highlights done by a lady named GRETCHEN. I wanted my hair golden blond but she made put too much product and my hair was almost white! Then she charged me an extra $30 to use another product to try and correct the issue when it it her own fault. A couple weeks later my ends started breaking and the color of my hair was so dull and almost a grayish blond! It a bad experience and overpriced for the crappy job.
