I go to the farm for pickup every week, and I love the variety, that I can pick and choose between over a dozen different herbs and veggies, the extras they often have, the UPick tomatoes and beans and etc. It's also such a relief to know where my food is coming from, that there are no chemical fertilizers or pesticides in it, that it's not downwind a feedlot so no chances of salmonella outbreaks in their leafy greens, that it hasn't been sprayed to ripen -- the peace of mind itself is invaluable. They have three seasons (spring, summer, and fall) that you can sign up for (that often sell out early, especially the summer season), as well as Thursday farmstands in the afternoon. Also, at the beginning of May they sell seedlings, with prices cheaper than The Growing Place, and most of the plants I buy from there thrive in my garden with no additions required (I put compost in the hole and around the base when I first plant them, mulch around the seedlings, and that's pretty much it, by mid-July I'm getting more tomatoes and basil and etc than I know what to do with).

Kids love the teacher(s)/owner(also main teacher). owner is responsible and does care about the students. 3. Kid is able to focus on the project 4. Kid is able to perform and finish good work from very first project. 5. Kid is proud for her/himself, parents too. I am not really an art person, so I am not able to judge how exactly the technique kid obtains or how much they improve precisely, but I feel it worth it. Not sure if they can manage everything perfectly when it scales up with more teachers, so far so good.

You can tell no one wants to be there and kids are basically on their own especially the little ones. No one tried to show any emotion or consolation towards my little one during this adjustment which only made it harder for them. Kids were left crying at drop off and teachers would just roll their eyes as they would watch them cry. Instead of helping them and trying to calm them down. Also kids were not being fed enough. Very limited portions and would not offer seconds. I do not understand why people keep bringing their kids here or why no one else notices these issues. Stay far far away

My son loves his kindergarten class and his teacher Miss Hannah. As a former NLSD school district employee, I was apprehensive about sending my son out of the district for kindergarten. I can honestly say it was the best decision and he is learning/thriving. We are only a few weeks in and Kiddie Academy's curriculum is exceeding my expectations. The host was great with our son, the place was clean and organized, and it was a huge hit. She start going there when she was 8 months and has grown so much thanks to the incredible teachers. All of the staff - from the front desk staff, to the directors, to the cooks, and the teachers are incredibly kind. patient, and dedicated. Not only does every staff member know my daughter's name personally, they also greet my husband and I by name at pick up and drop off. It is truly a Kiddie Academy family. All the teachers are great at communication and you receive several picture updates throughout the day. When my daughter was younger, her teachers would chat with me through the app and ease any questions or concerns I had. Our daughter has transitioned into the toddler room but still loves her infant room teachers and I think that says a lot about the impact they have made.
