It is well organized- everyone has to remove their shoes at the entrance so the place does not get dirty (not all of these types of places enforce no shoes). There is a snack bar on site which serves pizza and hot dogs- and there are private rooms in the back which you can reserve for birthdays.

There is a separate section for young children ages three and under, as well as a trampoline, padded mini soccer field, climbing wall, and lighted dance floor. My kids enjoy simply crawling through the tube tunnels, climbing up the net ladders, running through the alleyways or zipping down the slides. "Driving" the truck, "flying" the airplane, and rolling the giant exercise balls on the second level are favourite activities too. The best part is the large separate snack area they have set aside for their patrons -- kids always get hungry and thirsty, and it is nice to be able to bring in our own lunch to save money and maximize our play time. They also offer beverages and snacks at their cafe. Their nut-free policy definitely gives me piece of mind when bringing my peanut-allergic son here. It can get busy if daycare groups are visiting, but the last Tuesday morning (when adults get in free) we were here, it was quiet and we nearly had the place to ourselves. Admission isn't cheap and entry is $13 and $8 for my two kids, but the amenities available more than make up for it when we do occasionally drop in. Great place - we will be back.

Everybody that we saw was having fun. We came without kids. My partner was here as a little girl, some 65 years ago, and on that day many years ago, it was time to go, and she didn't get a chance to see the reindeer one more time. We decided to come up to see the reindeer one more time. Everybody at the park was very friendly, and we are glad to say that the reindeer are being kept very well. They look extremely healthy, friendly, and you can even feed them. Even as "old people" both myself, and my partner really really enjoyed the place, and we could feel the magic of the place. Thank you for still being there.

Planned the trip a few months in advance. We're up here now, and we just realized they decided to not open for the season (until November) so they could do repairs. They posted on their Instagram 2 weeks ago, however must've just updated the website more recently. I'm sure the repairs are necessary and I'm from upstate so I know how this can go--regardless, I now get to explain to a 5 year old why he can't go visit Santa's house after all. I'm sure the place is great, however I'm not trying this again. Call before you try and go.

I love the ratio of equipment for the age of my kids--plenty of baby/toddler swings and slides. Also little rocking ride on equipment. The only thing that could make it a little better for us would be a swing for special needs kids as my older daughter can't sit safely in a regular swing due to her needs. But we make do with what is there very nicely :) The grounds are super well kept and part of a larger park which includes a baseball and soccer (I think) field. I am kind of obsessed with the beautiful flower garden that they have in the parking lot. I would love to be able to steal their gardener for a day to help me make something similar. There is a pool as well with a waterslide. We've never actually used the pool but it very popular and always crowded. There is also a skate park for older kids which is really cool. At least it looks cool--I don't know the first think about skateboarding. I am always impressed by how respectful the skaters seem to be about safety rules. It looks like a lot of fun. Anyhow, this is a really nice park with great shade on hot days. There are always lots of super friendly people there to chat with as well.
