Buyer beware!!! I expected honesty. My fault for trusting and not getting an inspection before buying a used mobile home from them.

The water is bad, I have to clean the filters on the washing machine on a monthly bases because they become clogged with sand and dirt, my hot water tank I emptied a bucket of dark sand from it. Streets and lots flood during heavy rains, no storm drains. Teen agers during the summer months, braking into cars, sheds steeling and damaging your stuff. If tornado's are predicated in the weather forecast be ready to leave fast, no storm shelters. Other then that it's not to bad. read more

Management has undergone a major overhaul. We are now treated fairly and with respect. Life has been much more pleasant in the past 2 years, and continues to improve. The Maintenance staff goes above and beyond at all times. Snow plowing this year has been the best in the 6 years we have lived here. Life is good here. read more

Only wish I could give no stars.... Stay far away from this place. They continue to raise the rent by the most they are able to raise every year while adding nothing to make it worth the raise. The "playground" they claim to have, you are only able to access by cutting through another owners property. Also you are only able to use it if it has not rained as then the playground is sitting in a pond. They consider owning a pet a privilege and state that they can revoke your privilege at any time they deem necessary. Instead of imposing fines on the residents that live in their "park" they need to address the many areas of concern that they have going on in their "park." The roads have continuous cracks, pot holes. Their idea of repair is to provide a temporary repair. Since they are not being repaired properly they open up a month or so later. We recently have brought a maintenance concern that is their responsibility to their attention and it has happened to fall on deaf ears as no action has been taken to rectify the issue (it has been over a month!) They really do not provide any amenities that make it worth moving here. Tons of homes are either being ripped out or many people are leaving.. .Hmm... One can only wonder why.... Again, just stay far away!! read more
