I've used Shae for multiple purchases, all of which we've ended up renting out. She represented me for both the purchase as well as the rental.
She does a great job of listening to what you want and what you are looking for, which saves time on looking at homes you don't want. She is also great at knowing the neighborhood which provides some intangible insight as to whether that would be a good place to own. She is a great communicator and always responds promptly to your questions.
One major item I like about her are her negotiation skills. She doesn't get upset when the other party isn't responding the way you want, like some other agents I've had. She remains professional, and if you don't want to pay the price they are asking, she doesn't pressure you into raising your price, she encourages you to walk away unless you are happy.
