She hired a auction company called Maxsold and pocketed the proceeds after she and her sister helped themselves to whatever they wanted. One day I met her at the house and her dog was there and had pissed on the brand new floors and it hadn't been cleaned up yet. Even though I hired her she dealt directly with a family member over the family trust without keeping me informed of anything. When I asked her about the proceeds from the auction she admitted they were directly deposited in her account and that she owed me$202.64. That pittance of money was from belongings from a 3 bedroom house and new windows still packaged from Home Depot, flooring and other assorted renovation materials not installed yet. My father was a retired airline pilot with a garage full of tools, 2 or 3 full Craftsman tool chests, metal rolling shelves at least 5 of them, drill press and workbench that covered the entire wall of the garage full of tools and an extra refrigerator in the garage. When I asked Barbara what happened to the money from the auction she responded with an AI response telling me to cease and desist. She maligned my father's reputation to me and sent me a personally inappropriate video to watch regarding "gender confusion". This is from someone that knows absolutely nothing about my personal life or the situation she was accusing my dead father about. She was not a friend, simply a classmate that had no knowledge of my life in or after high school. Because I asked about the money from the contents of the house she said if I didn't stop "f*****" with her and "abusing" her she would send me nothing owed to me. Well, after giving her the chance to pay me what she pocketed from the sale, she still has not made retribution. Therefore, she is an outright thief in my opinion and it is now my intention to not only warn the public about her unethical and unprofessional behavior but to also report her with a formal complaint to the TX Board of Realtors and also inform her current Broker. Beware of this realtor. She's was not legal, ethical or professional in the sale of my father's house and attacked the reputations of both my deceased father and me knowing nothing about us and what she thought she knew was incorrect about both of us.
