Debbie has great contacts, and we had a new roof, gutters and downspouts within days. Lo and behold, Debbie made this the most hassle free and easy process due to her experience and diligence. At the very start of the process, I was called out of town due to a family illness. I gave Debbie full control. She arranged the staging for the photos, created a wonderful virtual sales brochure that showed my house in its best light. I was gone for a full week and had solid offers in 4 days. I signed the sales papers on my phone while in a hospital room of my family member. When I returned, we had only to solidify the paperwork, which she made a seamless and easy process. Why? I'm not sure. Maybe it's just super hot in Dallas and people just can't be bothered to work all that hard. Maybe it's because people here just earn less on average and so they don't have the financial incentive to put in as much work. Whatever the reason is, I've honestly found it quite difficult to find high-quality professionals here who take pride in their work. Todd is one of the few I've worked with in my 5+ years of living in this city who really stand out. He's just an all-around consummate professional. Todd has an incredible depth of industry knowledge and general housing experience that he draws from that he used to guide my wife and I throughout our first home purchase at the beginning of September. And in the rare instance that he didn't know something, he always took the time to research it and follow-up as soon as he could. But even more important for me was Todd's humility and integrity. While real-estate agents are often seen as simple salespeople, Todd never came a cross as salesy whatsoever. He would always try to remain impartial, objective, and honest, even if that meant compromising his own bottom line. I could see Todd's integrity a mile away, which is why I felt comfortable trusting him with a transaction of this size. While I don't know for certain, I think I'm pretty safe in guessing that Todd is quite well off. He's not desperate for business and he does a significant volume of large transactions annually. This is extremely important when considering a real estate agent because the more desperate they are, the more likely they'll do whatever it takes to close a deal, even at your expense. At the same time, you don't want to work with an agent who is too absorbed in their own success that they can't bother to spend any time with you. Todd is truly that rare mix of humility, integrity, experience, and detail orientation that makes for the perfect real estate agent. I was working with one of their finance agents he told me several times that I got the loan for the…read morehouse I was going to buy. I paid for the inspections paid for my credit reports, paid to get the carpets cleaned in the home. Even was told to open an escrow account on this property. Brandon Babich told me several times that things were going well. In the end he dropped the ball and made me loose the house. The sellers even agreed to wait an extra two weeks after we were supposed to close on Brandon's word that the loan would be done. After those two weeks the sellers had no choice but to pull out. Brandon tried blaming the problems on me, But I jumped through every hoop he told me to... I am out almost 2000 bucks and never got my home. I had my house packed up. Had a moving team on hold and had given my 30 day notice to move. My landlord had already found new renters, Brandon's inability to do what he was supposed to do effected not only my life but the life of my disabled son, my landlord and the family that were already to move into the place I was moving out of. If he was any kind of man or this company was a good company they would have reimbursed the money I am out.. If Brandon would have been truthful in the first place and just said he couldn't do the loan it wouldn't have been so devastating to me and my son.. The actions of this lender and the company were uncalled for and they didn't even care how much damage they did to me and mine.
