The gentleman that was sent to help me arrived when he said he would, within 20 minutes of my request. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and very helpful. He got my car started with a jump and told me the existing battery was extremely old and would probably need to be replaced. My car was purchased in 2013 and still had the original battery. He got me a new battery, met me where I had some shopping to do, installed it, and I was back on the road within an hour from the time he first arrived. My review is almost two years late but I just found their business card and realized I need to do a…read morereview. So I was on a road trip from Phoenix, AZ to Seattle. Things were going smooth until we turned onto a freeway entrance and the axel of our car snapped and we were unable to move. First of all, the people of canyonville are amazing. Long story short, towing company recommended Bill's since they were the only ones near and open (it was around 6pm) We get to Bill's and they're so friendly. Quoted us an extremely affordable price and told us it'd be done by noon the next morning. Perfect! Doesn't stop there; since we are from out of town and have our cat with us, they personally drive us in one of their trucks to a near motel that accepts pets. We get in for the night, next morning we walk back to Bill's and the car is ready to go and it's 10am! All I can say is if I wanted my car to break down, this was the most ideal and smoothest situation ever and that is a huge thanks to Bill and his staff and also the people of canyonville.
