I had an extremely upsetting and unacceptable experience with this immigration law firm. From the…read morebeginning, I encountered behavior that was not only unprofessional but blatantly racist. I expected to be treated with respect and dignity as a client seeking legal help, but instead, I was met with condescending attitudes and discriminatory remarks that made it clear I was being judged not on my case, but on my background. No one seeking legal assistance--especially in something as sensitive as immigration--should ever be made to feel unwelcome or lesser because of their race or ethnicity. This firm failed to meet the most basic standard of respect and human decency. I strongly advise anyone, especially people from immigrant or minority communities, to be cautious when considering this firm. My experience left me feeling unheard, mistreated, and frankly, discriminated against. I will also be reporting this incident to the appropriate licensing and oversight boards.
