She handled him beautifully and all my worries faded away. You would worry too if you had this handsome cat. He came to me 5 years ago as a ferrel juvenile who fought his way through life on the run. He is now an indoor cat full of personality. Unfortunately he does not understand that humans have skin that tears, not furry coats. I was worried he would slice her up and me too. Because of her excellent handing, he did nothing of the sort. He allowed Sarah to hose him down - shampoo him up - and then rinse him off. I was amazed. He didn't even meow his usual complaints like he does at home when I've offended him. She then used a shami to remove the excess water and set him aside to finish drying. He complained a little when he was drying but settled down rather quickly. He looks so clean and fresh this morning as he is chasing a laser around the living room.
