After a break for a few years, I got another dog and went back to try to use them. They set up an appointment for a Monday and told me drop off was from 8:00 to 9:00. I arrived at 8:10 and found the door locked and no one there. Upon checking online it stated they were closed on Mondays. I returned on Tuesday at 10 after 8:00 and was told I had missed my appointment. It was on Monday. I told them I came and no one was there. The girl said oh sorry I was running late. Stuck in traffic yesterday. No call to see if there was a reason we had not shown up or wanted to reschedule. Was told that there could not be any grooming done when I arrived due to missing my appointment and then being booked up. Crap customer service and an uncaring worker. I will not use, nor recommend them anymore.

I love Show Quality and will always take my dogs here. I live on the other side of town but it's worth the drive. I believe it's family owned and you can tell they really care about their clients. They recently informed me that one of my dogs had dead fleas on them and whatever flea protection I was using is working. That is very reassuring considering I checked my dog over for fleas a few days prior and didn't see anything on her. So they were able to find what I couldn't. I love the bows they put on the ears. The building itself is super cute with plenty of parking space. There's a grassy spot to the right with a pet waste station so perfect for a little potty time before bringing your pyps in. Everyone was so nice. After explaining what horrors had happened at an petsmart just for nail grinding, they did perfect on my boy Choco's nails! Even got his dew claws which for some odd reason most places seem to miss. They were so gentle with him and even mentioned how he did so well! He's been traumatized by nail clippers from his previous owner whom of which snipped off all his nails far past the quick when he was only a few months old so really just sticking to grinding keeps him from freaking. They reassured me and he came out with perfect dremmelled length nails! They have treats right at the front desk and shelves with goodies ( different type of chews like pig ears, etc) and a wall full of leashes, harnesses and different accessories for your pups. Brought pee pads for my little dogs because they can't go from 6 or 7 pm til 7 or 8 am without…read morerelieving themselves. The pads were used 1 night out of 5. So my dogs peed their beds. The beds were removed to wash but never returned. They had to sleep on the concrete floor for most of their stay. They did put a comforter in there for 1 night. But it was peed on because pee pads that I supplied were not put down. So after that was removed, they had nothing. The camera is grainy at best especially at night. And my dogs stayed by the glass doors so I couldn't see them most of the time as the camera didn't show that area. So it was useless to pay for that when 90% of the time, you can't see them. It made me sick to look at the camera and not see any beds! My dogs will not be coming back! What's not in the photo? My dogs or beds!

Our pup is a covid pup and is always a nervous wreck. She came back fluffy, fresh, squeaky, and happy. The studio is lovely. Air conditioned. She was given a typical Yorkie cut that was kind of lopsided, but I forgave it considering her previous owner didn't care much about her hygiene and now she smelled like Argan oil. But what happened yesterday was completely unacceptable. I called a few days ahead and was able to schedule an appointment the week after at 3:30pm. I arrive exactly at 3:30 to locked doors. There was even a note inside the lock from another customer saying that they had an appointment at 12:30 and the doors were locked. I don't know what type of business you can run like this. Maybe there was an emergency, but the least you can do is call your customers and let them know. Should have known there would be issues with this place when I called all summer and left voicemails for my dog to be groomed and no one replied. Not a soul. Y'all won't have to worry about me or my dog again.
