Days go by and the tracking still says UPS is waiting for the package. I reach out and I am told that they will reach out to UPS. Another day goes by so I reach out again for an update (you would think they would reach out to me if they really called UPS). I ask for an update and i am told "Hi! Yes. The issue was the product sold out before we could ship :( We are issuing you a refund today." DOES NOT MAKE SENSE AT ALL. Why say you will call UPS if it already sold out? Plus, why let me complete the purchase if it was already sold out? I was given a tracking number 5 DAYS after my order was placed confirming it was shipped out. I have had another friend experience a situation where the item actually did sell out where she placed the order and then she was automatically refunded WITHOUT getting a tracking number. Be careful shopping here. This situation will have me not shopping here anymore. VERY sketchy. I know I was not told the real reason. Probably gave away my item yet I already claimed it will my order. If an order is placed and you are reviewing that order and see it is sold out you should contact the buyer and not provide a tracking number. Not wait for the buyer to contact you.

She went above and beyond to tend to us. She could have directed us to the pickup area and called it a day. Instead, she asked all of the correct information needed causing her to be able to retrieve the package for pick up. What resonated with me was the representative setting aside what she was doing to tend to our needs. She aced the four levels of customer service. 1. Unsatisfactory- satisfied 2. Carissa was excellent at providing the perfect customer service and I thank her for that! This boutique is also perfect for cute gifts to bring to say a bridal shower or as a birthday present for someone special. Another plus is that their clothes are very stylish and they do tend to have 20% off their clothes at the moment as well. Price wise they have pieces that range from $20-$100+ but I'd say it's an affordable boutique for many. I would highly recommend!
