Would give Patty and her services 10 stars if I could!! Long story short, she literally saved my wedding. Two days before my wedding I had picked up my dress from a different store/tailor (I had a baby four months ago so dress tailoring had to be done last minute) and the previous tailor completely butchered my dress!! I came to Paty at a loss and in tears. She graciously took on this huge very last minute project of basically reconstructing my WEDDING DRESS. She worked on my dress non stop for the next 48 hours and not only fixed it but made it perfect!!! She is beyond a tailor, she is truly an artist that is an expert in her craft and the way she like a fairy god mother took what this previous tailor had done to my dress and turned it into exactly what I wanted and somehow fixed the actual quality of the dress is proof of that. The worst place ever to buy a dress. Patty is the rudest person I have ever met. They are so unorganized and don't listen to a word you're saying. Sonny took my money to make me a custom dress. Took over a year to make it, it was the wrong color and the wrong style and refused to refund all my money. Said he would "settle up" with me and then ducked my phone calls and texts for a week. In early February I took my mom here for her grandmother of the groom clothes. I guess the fact that the appointment only store, isn't really. An hour drive and Patty is dealing with 2 walk ins. Regulars, which we are not. So we were passed over to Sunny. This should have been a red flag, but we had driven far and didn't want to just turn around. There was a lovely beaded fabric and they took measurements and discussed the design. He also said they would provide samples of other beading and we would have that in 2 weeks. The wedding is in May. Five weeks later they finally had the sample which we did not like as much as the original fabric in store. But somehow they had no idea what I was talking about and brought plain fabric, no beading, which was not ok. Sunny said he would look for it, but don't worry. He took an outfit of my mothers to copy, It is now mid April and my mother needed her clothes back for an event. We were shocked to find out that her clothes were sent to India. This was without permission and unacceptable. Its really the only nice outfit she has that fits her. Now we are waiting for the clothes of hers that they shipped back here. We had been warned in March from 2 other people who had ordered clothes back in September that they still didn't have them. They had no choice but to run and buy other clothes. Unfortunately this was after we gave a sizable deposit. We therefore knew it was best to use the fabric we already saw to avoid any further delays. Now now Patty claims that wasn't fabric, but somebody's gown. Except I have a dozen photos that say otherwise. And she wasn't the one to help us, it was Sunny, En toto cannot be trusted with making your clothes for your special event. Their factory is in India, with supply and import to US issues. Avoid the headache by avoiding them. read more

I went to En- Toto for my MOTB dress on a whim from a recommendation. I said yes to my dress with the help of Patty who was patient and honest. I was a bit overwhelmed with the inventory and it was difficult to sift through, especially because I had no clue what I was looking for. Patty was able to find the dress that looked great on us both. She has a good eye for fit and detail. Sonny was an excellent host/owner/design consultant, and helpful with any questions I had. I had a disastrous experience at this poorly run business. In December we designed an outfit for my daughter's wedding in May, in January I approved fabric. I started calling in March regarded an appointment for a fitting, Sonny kept putting me off, he gave me at least six dates that the outfit would be ready, he had some lame excuse each time why it wasn't in. Finally he assures me that it will be in two days before I had to leave for the wedding and alterations would be done that day. I have been shopping for special occasion gowns and dressed at entoto for years. I have found their merchandise to be original and elegant. The variety is unmatched. The quality of the fabrics is in a class by itself. The owner sunny has been a delght to work with . His seamstress work or any adjustments that need to be made to their garments like a longer or shorter versiom is done completely on premise at a very nominal cost. On my last visit to En-Toto Couture I was extremely disappointed with the service and quality in the store. I have been a loyal customer of this store, I always dealt with the owner Mr. Michael but when I asked for him they said is no longer owns this store. I was extremely uncomfortable with the new owners and his sales person who is also their seamstress were trying to push me into a dress that was not my size. She said that she can add fabric for my overweight body! What? How could they say that to me? I stormed out but not before saying I am the biggest yenta and will tell everyone not to shop there. My daughter was getting Married in Jan 2015. It was November and I still had not found a dress and was starting to panic. I decided to go to Entoto and what a great decision that was!!
