I first had to soak off my current set (for 5$) and I got bored so I decided to get a pedicure while I waited (25$). I also had to remove the current gel on my toenails (for another 5$). Pretty good pedicure, she sanded down my heels, trimmed my cuticles, gave me a short foot/leg massage. However, I wouldn't get a pedicure here again because I think 25 is kinda pricey and can definitely get it for less elsewhere. From far away the polish looked fine, but from close up it looked super bumpy and jagged? I also got this cute acrylic set (45$). I wanted milky white nails at first but they didn't have the color so I was kinda disappointed :( The guy doing my nails was super patient and took his time perfecting them. She was very responsive and within 30 mins, I got an appointment for the following day. Betty was my nail technician and she was very thorough and sweet. She was very efficient in removing the SNS within 15 mins. I also asked for a manicure so she filed and shaped my nails with care (since my nails were thin). I appreciated that she kept confirming with me if I liked the shape. I also got a relaxing hand massage. I accidentally nicked one of my still wet nails and she had to repaint it. But she was super nice about it even though she had another customer. This was my first time going to this nail salon. I always pass by here since it's in my neighborhood. The interior is cute, clean and a good size. A lot of places are too cramped and not properly ventilated. I would be coming back. They have specials so I can't wait to try out the services.

They let you finish drying. 5) When you're finished they wrap plastic wrap on your nails so it stays awesome and they help you put on your socks and shoes. It seemed like a clean place and quite big for a nail salon. There was a lot of workers there so I didn't have to wait at all for my turn, which is unusual for me. I got a male nail technician, which was also a first for me. He took his time in cleaning my cuticle and left my nails looking clean and shiny. I loved the options they had for nail color since there was variety and ended up going with a shimmering light blue nail polish. It started to chip after 3 days but it was pretty nonetheless. It was a bit pricey for $15.

I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon, specifically with a technician named…read moreYo-Yo. I came in for a fill-in and had four nails that needed to be replaced. I specifically asked for clear gel, because I previously had clear gel on and knew I was picking a sheer white color for my polish. Clear gel would allow the color to show correctly -- but pink gel would completely alter it. Despite clearly requesting clear gel, Yo-Yo proceeded to use pink gel on the four new nails. When I politely reiterated that I wanted clear gel, she looked at me strangely and flatly said, "We don't have that." That's extremely confusing -- especially when there's an entire wall of every nail color imaginable behind me. Every other nail salon I've been to has offered clear gel, no problem and no extra charge. As expected, once the white polish was applied, the difference was obvious: one hand looks how it's supposed to -- clean white over a clear base -- and the other hand has a pink hue showing through because of the pink gel underneath. It looks mismatched, and I left frustrated and unhappy. To make matters worse, the whole service felt rushed and inattentive. It's very clear they didn't care to listen or take their time to ensure things were done properly. I won't be coming back here -- there are too many better options nearby where they actually listen to what you ask for and don't argue about basic requests.
