If the goal is to make customers feel uncomfortable and judged the second they walk in, then I guess they're doing a great job. The experience went downhill fast thanks to Taylor. I've rarely encountered someone so openly rude and dismissive in a customer-facing role. Every interaction felt like I was being talked down to, as if asking basic questions was some kind of inconvenience. The attitude wasn't just unprofessional--it was flat-out unpleasant. What's most frustrating is that this isn't something subtle you could brush off. The judgmental tone and lack of basic courtesy were obvious and consistent enough to completely ruin the experience. It's honestly baffling that someone who treats customers this way is the face of a business that's supposed to be about creating a positive and safe environment for our pets. I left feeling annoyed, unwelcome, and pretty shocked at how poorly I was treated. There are far better places out there that actually respect their customers and don't talk about them to their other employees when you're walking out the door. She made me feel like I was talking to a friend discussing a passion and not just an employee. The level of enthusiasm and helpfulness was something I don't see very much, not because everyone else is terrible but just because of how much she seemed to enjoy the topic. Definitely the kind of person you want to work at a pet store.

Usually, I have a regular pet sitter but this time she was not available so since K9 Country Club had been under new management for a while and the reviews were wonderful I decided to give them a try. We dropped in to get a tour and immediately we received a personal tour of the entire facility. We were very impressed! They stayed a week and were very happy and bouncy when I picked them up. K9CC was very accommodating and follow all directions for food and meds. Everything had been clearly labeled by K9CC and I had also requested my babies have a bath before picking them up. Randy, their groomer is excellent! He was very sweet and loving with both my babies and they loved him right back. They looked fluffy and smelled great!
