I disregarded the bad reviews, assuming they just were having a bad day. I arrive at their location and to my "surprise" they apparently didn't have my appointment in their system. I had an entire day and was willing to wait but a very relaxed staff seemed reluctant to even offer an alternative for their mix up. I was frustrated to say the least and feel their service is below scraping the barrel. I don't normally give bad reviews but this shop is there reason one star is available.

I've rarely encountered someone so openly rude and dismissive in a customer-facing role. Every interaction felt like I was being talked down to, as if asking basic questions was some kind of inconvenience. The attitude wasn't just unprofessional--it was flat-out unpleasant. What's most frustrating is that this isn't something subtle you could brush off. The judgmental tone and lack of basic courtesy were obvious and consistent enough to completely ruin the experience. It's honestly baffling that someone who treats customers this way is the face of a business that's supposed to be about creating a positive and safe environment for our pets. I left feeling annoyed, unwelcome, and pretty shocked at how poorly I was treated. There are far better places out there that actually respect their customers and don't talk about them to their other employees when you're walking out the door. K9CC was very accommodating and follow all directions for food and meds. Everything had been clearly labeled by K9CC and I had also requested my babies have a bath before picking them up. I also booked my daughter's Border Collie for a grooming and de-shedding. I was happy with the Lhasa's groom, b it quite surprised at the $100 (plus tax) charge. The BC, however, was bathed but NOT de-shedded. I mean, there's still hair everywhere. And no clipping at all. Another $100 (plus tax). So, overall, not pleased with the pricing on the little one nor the results on the BC. Will not return.
