First time at this location. It's somewhat hard to find a parking spot. Lucky I found one right in front of the restaurants. It was a 30 min loadings spaces. I pulled up and tired to place a order on my phone while I was seating in my car. But the app wasn't working on my phone. I had to turn my phone off and on so the internet can work. In the area my phone wasn't working. The Bogo deal was for their classic double burger and the sale is till 10/31/25. For and this was a great treat. And they have $1.00 small soda, $3.00 small fries and $5.00 shakes. But you have to order them on the app for the price. So down load the app on your phone so you can get great deals. Everything was made to order. Fresh and hot you just have to watch pushing the keys on the kiosk. So you won't pay for something that you don't want. The restaurant was busy but it look like everyone did an on line order. No one was seating in or out side the restaurant. The place was very clean. Well, let me tell you about the food.We ordered the double classic burger\nMy burger head lettuce is the bread Raw onion pickle and tomato. This was so delicious but they put salt on it and it was a little too salty for me but it was still good. I didn't ask for salt but it was on my burger. And I live too far to even bring it back. I order my husband the double classic cheeseburger with lettuce , pickles and special sauce on the side. He also said that the burger was salty but good. The cook should not put no salt on no one's food. You can't really enjoy your food if every bite is salty and you have to take a sip of water. Not good for anyone that has high blood pressure. Just saying because it's me. If I didn't live too far, I would've took it back and asked for another with no with ni salt. I was trying to stay in the healthy lane, not eating the bread and had lettuce as a substitute.But this just destroyed the sandwich. I even order a order of fries with no salt. And they did not have any saw and they was good. SorryI didn't take any pictures. I was just admire, the store and looking out the window. So I won't get a ticket. I was going to give my husband a shake But I didn't want it to know before I got home. I'm so happy that they built this location. Because I usually go to the one up. Finish meeting and that's really a hike for me. I have family in the area I'm going to inform them shake shake is in the location. Especially when they have a taste for burgers, fries and a shakes. Shake Shack is conveniently located in Fishtown within walking distance to the neighborhood. Their burgers and fries are always made fresh and always taste delicious. The menu isn't very diverse but they make great hamburgers and also have shakes if you have a sweet tooth. Staff was great and friendly and definitely a place I would go back to. read more

Will be avoiding this location - if I'm dropping $20 on fast food it's not going to be served by some rude, mute moron acting as if I'm inconveniencing her. The job qualifications here are apparently a beating heart and a warm body. Don't need to read, don't need to speak. I know those location just opened but they need to get it together with the service here. First visit was okay, used the kiosk to order and managed to grab a booth. They didn't have trays so everything packaged for take-out. Guy brings food over, asks if we need napkins. I hesitated because I was about to get up and grab some but he said he'd bring some. Okay. No problem. The little station with the napkins is literally 4 steps away. 3 minutes go by. I'm well on my way through my burger by now. Now I actually need a napkin... whatever, he forgot. No big deal as I said it's 4 steps away. Just as a grab a few napkins, the kid comes back out. "Oh I forgot but here you go here's your napkins" and holds out a huge crumpled up ball of napkins, like he had been smashing them into a ball, or like they were used. So weird. I'm sure the napkins were in fact clean but... I don't know, like I said. Weird. My friend and I just laughed about it, but it's not really indicative of good service if you think about it. Second visit today, this time I'm just popping in to grab a soda. Should be quick. I'm greeted by someone right away, place the order, and he says "I'll get those for you" and then proceeds to continue taking orders. I waited 8 minutes to get my sodas. I don't think this is an issue of bad staff but more so a bad show of shake shack as an expanding organization and what seems to be a lack of good training programs. read more

My first Shake Shack just down the road! I submitted an order with the app and minutes later was greeted with two delicious burgers. The bun and sauce make the burger, but the tomato and lettuce were well above the standard fast casual fare. The burger could have had one less minute on the grill, but I'll take it. read more

Such a great atmosphere with the inside and outside seating. Very well shaded in the afternoon. I was greeted with a huge smile as soon as I walk in by Samantha who also asked how my day was going. This specifically made my day as I don't get that a ton from other restaurants, which made me write this review. Food was great, not a long wait time for lunch hour. 10/10 coming back! read more

Why is it so expensive!? It's fast food and small portions. And then you have to wait because they don't make the correct burger....
