There is an on site painter on Saturday who can turn a photo into a painting for a very reasonable price! He painted my grand dog as a gift we gave to our daughter and she was thrilled! Plan on spending a good amount of time here as there is so much to see! Our friendly staff is here to help make your visit a great experience! As for me, I have been fostering kittens for years and created a handmade Kitty Firecracker filled catnip for hours or fun and part of the sale goes to animal shelters. Then two years ago a relative bought a jeep and I got hooked on selling ducks. So I have a large assortment of ducks making sure there are always special ones for the holidays! We had slow failures of our old kitchen appliances. Went to Alliance store found exactly what we…read morewanted pretty fast. We picked up a stove and dish washer. Brought home. Was in the process of hooking up the water line on the dishwasher and noticed the fridge wasn't running. Just a buzz and a click every few min. Opened the freezer and the stuff in the door was cold but not frozen. Back to grove ! Found a great French door unit and had them deliver it. In a couple days the delivery guys were here. They were great ! Took the old doors off the dead one and had it loaded in no time. Brought the new one in and set it up and showed me all the features! We had ice in couple hours. It's been several weeks and every thing is working amazing! Zane Kreidler was very helpful. But the entire staff including the delivery guys are great! Selection is great and prices are amazing!

Any questions or concerns I had went through a 3rd party vender, not Grove appliance. I didn't find this out until I questioned the "service" department at Grove appliance. The parts were ordered by the technician but I didn't know what they were, I wasn't told. The parts I found out later were being delivered to my house. So I didn't know what to expect or inspect to see if they were ok. I would've thought the service department at Grove Appliance would've handled it all. Then there were all the texts from 3rd party vender,then Grove Appliance, then a survey, then another survey. Things did not have to be that complicated. Really THEY DON'T. So to sum it up. The service guy was GREAT. The process is crazy.

After checking reviews online, it seems I'm not the only customer who has encountered expired products here. There were no signs in the store disclosing this issue. When I brought it up, the owner questioned me aggressively and even raised his voice while I was still shopping in the aisles. He asked why the bottle I was bringing back was empty, which felt unreasonable--I wasn't sure if he expected me to bring back a half-finished drink. The situation was embarrassing and uncomfortable. I wouldn't have made a big deal about a refund, but the way I was treated made this experience unacceptable. I hope the business improves on how customers are treated.
