It's small enough to cover and a half of a day which makes it very nice for people with mobility issues that can't really do a days worth of walking. They also had sidewalks available in one of the main areas along with the children's gardens areas and that was very helpful in terms of being able to complete the tour that we had wanted to do. I can't even begin to tell you how many plants and trees and herbs there are in this botanical Wonderland. If you ever get to Ann Arbor, I strongly encourage you not to pass this up .....and guess what it's free to the public!!!! The Bonzai trees are "sleeping" according to their sign :0( It's $5 for 2 hour parking (I still pay inside because the machine never accepts my credit card). There is a lot to explore here though. No matter the time of year I love visiting Downtown Home & Garden. My previous review stated, "I love any store where I can get tulip bulbs, a new bird house, a winter hat shaped like a Christmas tree, a new cookie sheet and a loaf of Zingerman's bread" and all that still rings true. But these days I also add national parks merch, gear for my dogs, holiday decor, kitchen gadgets and cookbooks and, perhaps most exciting for a Polish broad like myself, a variety of Polish pottery pieces. In the spring and summer months I can be found perusing peony bulbs for my garden, hummingbird feeders, bird seed and squirrel proof bird feeders, planters, plants/starters for my veggie garden, pest control and fertilizers, plus a variety of lawn decor and sculpture pieces, etc. Some things can be kind of pricey but you truly get what you pay for. Even after years out in the elements everything I've bought for my yard here is still in amazing condition, my plants from here always yield the most delicious fruits and veggies, and the little birdies are so happy with the snacks we provide them from their bins.

Fresh Cutz turned out to be that and so much more. So far, they have completely refreshed my front and back yard through a combination of trimming, removing poison ivy, removing several dead trees/bushes, and weeding my flower bed (along with mowing). I have used other local landscaping services to clean up my yard, and my bills have been in the thousands; Fresh Cutz was in the hundreds. With the excellent quality and reasonable prices, I will gladly continue to use their service moving forward.

The owner gave me a quote on Sunday August 14 for $40 per hour/4 hours and was supposed to perform the work on August 18. Today, August 17, the day before he was supposed to come out, he raised his prices to $65 per hour via text message: "Hey sorry about this, but due to recent changes, we have upped our prices to 65$/hour. I can come and do one hour today for $65. Let me know if that works..." When I asked him why the price changed in a few days he said: "Yes. We change prices based on demand and circumstances. I have unlimited clients at this point so we set prices accordingly. I plan on raising to $200/hour. This is just business economics...My time is very valuable." Needless to say, we did NOT go with Paul's *Professional* Weeding service and found another company.

He came out to mow my lawn and right away I noticed how fast he was going in his tractor, which was concerning. Following the completion of the job, I noticed he had cut the lawn unevenly in several areas. He also didn't move a small table and chairs in my lawn and just mowed around it, leaving the tall grass underneath. I called and texted Nelson several times to voice my concerns and ensure these mistakes weren't made twice. He never returned my texts or phone calls and didn't show up to mow my lawn again. I would definitely not recommend this company. Its true, you get what you pay for.
