Visited Shakeys today and we had a great time. Staff were very attentive and helpful. It was a great dinning experience for our family.

Our friends and family came to shakeys in Rialto after senior night for our girls. Christian was the absolute best employee! He was very respectful, professional and beyond helpful when taking all of our orders. He came to our table many times to see if we needed anything and to clean up any trash. Plenty of parking which automatically is a plus. Inside is very clean and well maintained. Nothing outdated in this establishment. We were immediately greeted by a friendly employee and felt welcomed. Food was piping hot and delicious. They graciously made us our favorite pizza. The counter never got empty, it was constantly refilled. Also, my son accidentally spilled some spaghetti sauce (and I offered to clean it myself), but the employee kindly told me that it was not a problem. We had not been to a Shakeys in a long time due to continuous disappointment, but so glad we stopped at this one. We will be returning sooner than later. read more

Pulled up to Shakeys for a takeout order. I mean just look it at, Captain Mid. The pizza was your average quick slop pizza, nothing stood out at all. The fried chicken was actually pretty good, fried nicely. The mojos were mid as well, basic fries in a different shape. We've come here a few times too many lol The food is always fresh and delicious. The restaurant is always well kept and clean. The workers are all young very friendly and accommodating/helpful. Went here 8/09/2025 This place is huge lots of tables. Someone was having a Birthday Party so 80% of the tables were taken. The food layout was different from the Shakey's that I've been to. They had a continuous long counter. First was the pizza about 6 different pies, pasta, vegetables, mojo's and 2 kinds of chicken roasted and fried. At the very end is the salad bar. The drinks are at the end of the wall. There's a separate section for the arcade. This layout made me miss getting any salad, unless I skipped everything and went straight for the salad bar. So happy the city of Rialto has a Shakeys. I grew up going to Shakeys! This location is always clean and has a lot of seating. Great place to watch a sport game or host a birthday party! Service was good hopefully they continue to motivate their employees to always be give the best customer service. Food is always delicious and the portions are fair. Affordable pizza, good for a quick bite on the go. The ribs and the potatoes are really good.

If you come in and you see this manager working behind the counter you're going to have an amazing feast and service. He runs a tight ship. Engages with customers and oversees the kitchen staff, making sure orders are coming out and on time. He delivers the food to your table with a smile and hustles back to maintain his stations. We love coming to this location because of this guy. All of his workers take after his lead and they all work hard, very welcoming and attentive. We went into the restaurant this past week on a weekday lunch around 1230 for the infamous pizza buffet. However, they don't mention that you can have as much pizza as you want as long as it's a slice of cheese or pepperoni - no other flavors of pizza are available. I asked if it was possible for any other kind of pizza - the hostess seemed very annoyed I would ask. I watched her go back to the kitchen and through the glass saw her talk to the one sole cook, point at me and laugh.....guess that means no. During the 45 min we were there we did enjoy the other items in the buffet (they ran out of chicken while we were there and I think ribs or some other meat) but the salads were good. Overall for $35 I think I would avoid the buffet and just get a small pizza combo of a flavor you choose - as long as it's cheese or pepperoni as they aren't able to make anything else. NOTE: Little Ceasers is across the street and can do the same pizza for $6 so might want to go there instead if you are wanting just the pizza.... read more

Cheap management??? Went to Shakeys Bunch of Lunch in Rialto and was disappointed in their selections. I'll start off with the fact that there weren't any "basic" pepperoni pizzas available. They did end up bringing some out later. The chicken selection was only leg and thigh pieces. And no utensils available. I had to ask for a fork. After going for a second round of food I asked one of the workers where the chicken wings were and was told they only put out legs and thighs, but i can request to have wings...2 at a time. and mind you he said it would be a 18 minute wait. This is absurd that a customer would have to special order this when I've been to other locations that have it out as part of their regular buffet menu. I appreciated that he took the time to bring my 2 wings to my table once they were done but I've never experienced this at a Shakeys before. read more

I like it here. Been coming for years with my family, so it's basically a Sunday lunch kind of thing for us. Food is good. I enjoy it a lot as I'm a rather large fan of the pizza, so I don't necessarily get anything other than pizza, mojos, and garlic bread, but those three things are delicious! For service, there isn't necessarily much interaction with the staff, but when we go they are usually kind and respectful, and are able to apologize if any mistakes are made. The overall setting of the place is nice as well. I typically go with family, and there's plenty of space to sit with them and be able to converse easily. The TVs are also nice in the aspect of just wanting to watch something while you eat. :3 read more

A gentleman named Samuel helped me order the right amount of food for 25 people and gave me options that saved money. The food was delicious and the arcade was clean and easy to access. Last night I experienced eating at Shakey's off of Riverside and baseline the food was excellent salad bar was delicious fresh not messy clean the worker were very helpful service was great. My family & I usually eat at the Redlands Shakeys. Always loved eating there & never had any issues. So we found this Rialto Shakeys & figured we'd give it a try. It was truly disappointing. I celebrated my birthday on Saturday, April 12, 2025. My family had reserved an area and decorated. I met the manager Sam, he was kind, very attentive, went above and beyond to make my birthday very special. I had the buffet, ate all kinds of pizzas, very delicious, flavorful and hot. The chicken was cooked to a golden brown, perfect crunch and tender on the inside and seasoned well. The mojo potatoes were delicious, seasoned just right, moist on the inside and perfectly cooked on the outside. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. By far the fastest food service from once the food is ordered to placing on the table. But what made this facility different from the other Shakey's that I myself and my family have been to was great ambiance and friendliness and welcoming of this two employees at the game area name JOSE, which was the one mainly helping with any slight malfunction and with our rewards, made it easier by making fun conversations/ jokes with the kids and his coworker FELIX helping each other.
