Today was the first day back for bunch a lunch and it was delicious just like before. They had staff serving on disposable plates and trays. Bottled drinks were offered instead of the fountain drink. Open for outdoor seating. The cashier I think was Jan and she was pleasant and attentive. The cook even came out and offered to make us any pizza we liked. I went with my fiance to have the lunch buffet deal that that have ran for as long as I can remember. The price was 16 pretty person with a soft drink. Not a bad deal but the food was not as great as it used to be. Especially the salad selection, it needs more of a selection. read more

The food was dried out, the salad looked old and not fresh. Stephanie the cashier at the register wasn't polite or very knowledgeable about the lunch specials and menu. The cook wants to charge extra money for white meat. Little did I know that was the manager. If I was told at the beginning of my order I would have paid the extra money or left the restaurant. Since when shakey's didn't serve wings and breast on the line. So I order wings and breast and the line worker didn't let the cook know about it while I'm at the table just waiting for it, we had to go back up to him and ask again for it. All I can say good about this shakey's is that David was nice to me and tried to make right for us. Inside the store it's clean, although I didn't move around the store other than the front of the store. Samuel the manager was a ass hole. I ordered and paid for two lunches. Went in to this location for a pick up order for dinner and they told me the order would be ready within 20 mins so I showed up within that time frame. Once I got home and my family and I ate the pizza was cold. As for the mojos I ordered another large order ontop of my large pmc meal, they weren't fresh they were super hard. The chicken was very greasy. I've always gone to the Fontana and rancho location and never had any issues like this. I will no longer be ordering from this location. read more

Lunch a Bunch with tax is $14.00 and the cashier was out of one's and was going to give me $6 in quarters, dimes and nickels which is stupid, why is the manager not watching this especially on a Friday. Bring exact money. Do not use a card because people are steeling numbers to run a charge a month later thinking you won't pay attention. It was my first time at this location and it was so clean and organized. We came for Bunch of lunch and the employees did their jobs well. I notice there was only legs and thighs. So I waited until the next batch of the chicken came out and asked, "may I have a wing, please?" And the employee informed me. They only served those two, but they could give me wings or breast upon request. I said it was all right. I was fine with the thigh. The manager came up to me and said, if I would like the chicken wings they had just prepared them and I told him I was fine. He said he heard that I had asked for some wings and he was very attentive and accommodating! The Food kept getting replenished, removing plates, cleaning tables... we even noticed during a party singing, happy birthday that the lights dimmed. One of the employees dimmed them when he heard the happy birthday song. Very impressive team effort! We'll definitely be coming to this location again. This new Shakeys just opened up near me and I'm so happy. The place was clean and all staff are friendly. The manager Stephanie not only seems like a great leader to her team, but she had amazing customer service! Cashier Casandra was also very kind and helpful. They offered even to help me to my car since I was carrying a lot of food. Great over all service , my food was all correct and ready in a timely manner. It didn't taste like rustic garlic chicken at all and there were hardly any mushrooms on it. There wasn't enough sauce either. It wasn't good. We also got the meal with mojos and chicken and the mojos were hard. It wasn't good. The combo included the large the mojos and chicken I will never pay 60 dollars for that again. Yes they do offer a wide selection of Salads but when it's LUNCHTIME, it's SHAKEY's BUNCH O LUNCHTIME!! Went there with several friends from work.
