On one visit, a hard gel nail broke off within two weeks when they typically last at least 3 weeks. When I reached out, they offered to fix it, which I appreciated, but I told them I could just wait for the fill-in visit. When I went for my fill-in appointment, I brought inspiration photos to show the shape I wanted because I wanted it to be straight forward - an elongated oval shape, which seems pretty simple. What I got looked nothing like them. They were cut super short, uneven and no shaping, no consistency . It honestly felt like they just trimmed my nails and painted them. I've attached my inspiration photos next to the actual results, plus the nail that broke, so you can judge for yourself. On top of that, even though I had a scheduled appointment, I was passed from my original tech to a different one with no explanation in the middle of service. It felt rude and very unprofessional.
