I've been having issues with my feet for sometimes and what caught my attention about this place is that they focus on heel spur (which unfortunately it's something I have). With that said, I decided to give this place a chance and my experience was incredible. They speak English and they are located in the basement so it can be hard to spot but once inside, their space is cozy, warm, and very relaxing. They even have a fish tank so it gives this place a Feng-Shui vibe. The massage I received from my masseuse was absolutely fantastic!!! He knew exactly where all my knots were at and focused on it instead of just massaging at areas that didn't hurt. The seat was very comfortable and before sitting down, they even offer me water. With my 30 min massage, it also came with hot stones that my masseuse would use to rub my feet. It felt so good that I felt like he was melting all my pain and tightness away. I also had a body massage as well, and with that they would take you into a private room to focus on all your kinks and knots. I would point to him places I would like for him to focus on and he did. If he moved to a spot I didn't like and I ask him to move back, he was more then happy to do so. Overall, I had a wonderful experience here and I'm definitely planning to come back whenever my feet starts acting up again. My mother and I always come to NYC to shop during Black Friday. We were heading down to get our massage and noticed that our normal place had closed down. Luckily there was a place right next door that offered massages. We walked down the steps and were immediately greeted and seated. We both decided to get the 20 min foot massage since we had to head back to the bus. The massage was just wonderful. They will ask if you want it rough or soft. Mine did start out a little rough but, she adjusted to my needs. I didn't get the name of the person who did my massage but, my mother received hers from (Billy). Uh the reviewers here owe me a refund. I want my money back. The massage here was terrible! My feet were killing me and my go to place was closing soon so I decided to yelp to find a place near my vicinity This place popped up and all the reviews seemed to be great and it was down to block from me so I was thrilled. I walked in with an empty room. One woman who was working there was getting her feet massaged by another worker. I walked in and asked for a foot massage. As I sat down, the lady was trying to sell me to get a 30 minute foot massage plus the 30 body instead of the hour foot massage. "Only $10 more!" She kept insisting so I just finally agreed. Okay the foot massage wasn't even a massage. She was pulling my toes and literally tapping onto my feet... She had a strength of a hamster - I'm so annoyed and fuming as I'm writing this review Then she asks me to go into one of the rooms and lay down. She literally did not massage me but caused me more pain by using her elbow and pushing my back. Can you not? I was super annoyed that I kept sigh-ing throughout the whole massage The lady then goes "too strong? Just let me know!" Hahahah what. No girl it's actually the complete opposite. Then 15 minutes go by and she again says "let me know if too strong for you!" And I just ignored her. I wanted the massage to be over with and leave the place because I felt suffocated and more tense than I came in. I heard another customer come in and she asked for a 15 minute massage. One of the ladies told her yeah sure and sat her next to my bed. The masseuse kept telling her "do 25 minute massage" and the lady said "no I'm doing 15!" And the masseuse said okay. Then about 5 minutes later, she goes "you want to do 25 or 30?" And the lady literally goes "I told you 15" The people here are sneaky and pushy. The worst massage I have ever had. Don't come here. I haven't written a review in forever, but this place is such a gem, I have to rave about it! I found this place after being turned away from my usual place (ugh tourist season). So I yelped the next closest and found this. Don't let appearances fool you. It initially looks dingey, it's in the basement, has that low bluish lighting and has no decor. But upon entering, I found very friendly staff, a clean space, the towels were fresh, and the curtains for the full body massages provided proper privacy. My masause truly knew his stuff. While the massage was painful at times (super strong dude), I could tell he was targeting all my problem areas that I've known about for years, and didn't even need to tell him about. He also gave me a bonus spinal reset which I was nervous about at first, when he started mapping out my vertebrae... but he kinda went ahead and did it, and it was perfect! I see a chiropractor for about 4x the price and only 10mins of attention. This guy did it just as effectively, plus the rest of the hour of muscle melting massaging. I tipped him close to 40% cause I was euphoric by the end. Im excited to come back next time, and I highly recommend to those wanting a true Chinese massage. read more

I was visiting Chinatown and was looking for a foot spa when I stumbled across this place- the staff was very friendly and willing to accommodate me and my friend in the same room- we chose the body massage and they worked with us on the price- The staff members that worked on us were Billy and Kevin- they were both amazing- skilled and professional- and extra strong ( although if it was too strong we were told to let them know) - The spa itself was clean and well appointed- and they offered bottled water for the road since you need to rehydrate after a massage. I came in for the good reviews however, I did not have a good experience. I requested a 60 minute table massage by a female. I had to wait a bit since it was busy and I did not mind, however the massage was very lack luster. The lady massaged me as if I was a foot. I asked for a table massage not reflexology. So it was not relaxing, but uncomfortable, there was a language barrier, so that didn't help either when I told her to be light on me. The space was small, and I was near the entrance so it was cold and the heater didn't really help and when she tried maneuvering to the other side, she kept on whacking herself against the wall. The lady had phone calls, and she answered TWICE to tell her friend to stop calling because she was working. In the middle of my massage, someone came in during my session to give her tips, and she took it with her hands. Did she not know cash has lots of germs on it? And she continued to massage me. Plus, she kept coughing. Gross! The manager of the place was super friendly and gave me a loyalty card, if I came in for 10 sessions there would be a free massage. I told him about the issues, and he said he would make sure it doesn't happen again. For me the first impression is a very important one, I don't think I will come back again. We love love love this place. Every time we are in NY, we always get an hour foot massage from this place. The price is real cheap and the massage is always great. Make sure you get a card from them if you know you are a regular, because the 10th massage will be free. You never know who you get, but the owner is always there. One of us will always get the owner and he does our feet real good; he always hit our spots on our feet. He really puts pressure into his massages, and of course we want our money's worth. There is always someone else in the place too, but the owner tends to always call others when the place gets busy, so his customers do not have to wait long. That is when we feel like we didn't get the service we deserve and the time we paid for when we get the owner as our masseur because he is always running around or calling other people up. We know it is not his fault because there isn't anyone else running the floor. After about our 8th visits, we decided to get the body massage as well, because once again, it was pretty cheap for an hour. Boy, don't we both cry, not literally, every time after we were done with the body massages. They really put pressure when they are massaging your body despite who is massaging you. Though the spaces are tight. We felt cramp on the table. Once again, during the process of the massage, it was painful, but afterwards we felt great. So every time we visit this place, we always end up being there for roughly over 2hrs because we always get the 1hr foot massage and 1hr body massage. read more

I chose 45 mins massage for $30. They took me to a small partition separated by a curtain so you can hear if the person next to you is talking as this is not a spa which usually in a room. I requested a lady and she's strong as I like hard massages. You can ask her to adjust the intensity.
