One of the courses that blew my mind was the fatty salmon nigiri with shaved frozen foie gras which gave it the perfect buttery texture wow. To top it off he gave us a Wagyu nigiri with uni on top which is literally butter on butter and I was so amazed. The Gyoza was also very tasty, and had a hint of ginger that was a nice addition. For my meal, I ordered a bunch of pieces of nigiri. Every piece came out perfectly fresh and incredibly made, for an absolutely delicious experience. We finished off with the Matcha tiramisu, a dish I wasn't even expecting to be so incredible.
