The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. She checked me in quickly and I was taken back in no time. The LPN and medical assistant were also friendly and they quickly got me seen and ordered me my meds. Service was great and fast! Will definitely make this my go to urgent care spot from now on. I had two identical procedures about 30 days apart. My nurses were amazing. My anesthesia was spot on during procedure 1. It was so spot on, I felt no pain AND I remembered the details of my post surgery conversation with my surgeon. (That's never happened.) I mentioned this to my anesthesiologist before procedure 2 and she pulled my chart to mimic my anesthesia from the first visit. The staff call you after your procedure to check on you too. Highly recommend!!

The check in process was simple & pleasant, but when i actually saw Dr. Yates, she didn't seem too happy to be there. All she told me was it's not fractured, probably just a sprain and to stop going for jogs (reason for injury) No information on how to treat it (easy google search, i know) and when i was brought back to get X-Rayed the nurses that brought me back didn't say much to me because they were too focused on competitively flirty with a coworker half their age. Seemed like they forgot about me but that was very uncomfortable situation. Aside from them, as a practitioner Dr.Yates should be addressing the actual issue while offering tangible advice instead of just saying "find something else to do, have a nice day"

A few weeks later, I received two additional bills -- one from Covenant for $121 and another from radiology. When I called to ask why, I was simply told it was "part of billing." I wouldn't have agreed to the visit if I had known there would be more charges. As a cash-paying patient, I feel misled and frustrated that Covenant didn't honor what they told me at the time of service. Beware cash paying customers.
