I shared that it was in memory of my nephew, who passed away in a motorcycle accident. He had been a strength coach at UNC, and the community is raising money to support his widow and child. She was so touched by his story that she refused payment and told me to give the money to his family instead. I've been going there since 2013 and Lisa gets me snatched every time. To then be charged $113 for what was honestly a very small amount of dry cleaning, plus being told that the price was higher because I wanted it sooner, is absolutely ridiculous--especially when I was specifically told the rush fee would only be $5 total. For the amount of clothing I had, this felt like highway robbery. I will never go back, and I definitely cannot recommend this place to anyone.

The second time I went to drop off items I had a long conversation the owner, Lan. I learned so about her, taking note that she's an incredibly dedicated tailor, business owner, and mother.
