Something had come up and Ann didn't have my number to let me know. We were given Ann's card and told to call the next day for a reschedule at a discount to make up for our trouble. Initially, I scheduled my appointment via Ann's webpage. There was a request for phone #, email etc. plus Ann and I had previous email communication. At that time me and my friend were just bummed since this was preplanned and my friend was only in town the weekend. I reached out the next day and requested another appointment for later on Sat since my friend had a.m. plans. Ann came back with one appointment time in early afternoon. When I told her that time wouldn't work for us, she said sorry and that was it. While I didn't expect her to come to my house, I did expect her to at least try to make it right with us. We really didn't even care about a discount. Her hours are M-Sat 10-8 and she had no other openings? After all, we were rescheduling for my initial scheduled appointment that Ann didn't even show for. Our overall impression was she was very unprofessional.
