UNFORTUNATELY, nothing worked. The sprayer didn't turn on and the controls to switch from soap to rinse didn't work. So I paid $3 for nothing. DO NOT USE!…read more I made an appointment for my Toyota FJ Cruiser, which needs a few specialty parts (I've had the windshield done before so I know this) and they quoted me $371. On the day of the install, the tech calls and said "I dont have the parts, they didn't tell me I needed them." Ok, very frustrating, but I rescheduled AND called back to CONFIRM that they knew what vehicle they were replacing. They said yes, all set. Then, on the morning of the second appointment, the tech called me and said, "Okay, so it will be $651." Yes, almost THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS more. I called the office and the guy said, "well, it's an FJ Cruiser and it needs special parts." Well no kidding, you knew that from the beginning! What an absolute joke and waste of my time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. There is no way they have a 4.7 out of 5 stars, that has to be fake. Run as fast as you can from this joke of a company.
