Another dent from some careless inconsiderate. Dent Tech perfectionists fixed it. I also inquired about an alloy wheel hub that was deeply scratched. They've done smaller scratches before. Not this time. Would have to remove too much metal which would cause wheel balance issues. Straight up honest. They said best to get a new alloy hub. read more

This place is outstanding. I came by unannounced expecting no more than a quote to remove a pretty sharp ding in the door of my Golf R. My car dealership told me the best they could do was 80-90 percent removal for around 200 dollars. These guys offered to do it on the spot. 30 mins later I drove away with a completely repaired dent and a bill for 185 dollars. What a bargain. read more

Dent tech was a joke. I left work early and fought traffic to get there and but when I arrived, the business was closed. The guy called me back and had the audacity to tell me his business was open from 9 to 5, which was a complete falsehood. My wife and I recently took her car to Dent Tech to see if they could repair a small dent on one of her rear door panels. There was no paint damage but quite a noticeable dent. The shop supervisor quickly assured us that they would be able to completely repair the dent in 1 - 2 hours and their estimate for the repair was very reasonable, so we scheduled the repair a few days later. Before I took the car in to have the door dent repaired I noticed about a 1 inch long crease pushing outward on the hood. Before they started the work on the door I showed them the crease on the hood and they said they could take care of them at the same time they did the door. In less than 2 hours they repaired both the door and the hood perfectly and, although I offered to pay extra for the hood repair, they only charged me the amount they quoted for the door repair only. I hope we never need another dent repair, but if we do the Dent Tech Luxury Auto Spa on State Road is the only place I would go for the repair. They also have a number of reasonably priced interior and exterior detailing packages which I plan to use at some time in the future. read more

Had some stains on the roof of my car (carbon fiber) from something in an airport parking garage. Took it to the shop to look at. The guys did research to determine the best way to remove them without causing damage to the carbon. Following that I had them ceramic coat my car to help provide extra protection in the future. The car looks fantastic and you really can't tell the stains were ever there. I highly recommend this place for others read more

No No No! Made the mistake of signing the insurance check over to them and paying my 500 deductible as well up front. What turned out to be a guesstimate of 2 to 3 days from Kevin for a new hood and front window is now going on 5 days without a rental maybe if I would of known that they were going to throw me in limbo after getting my money I maybe would of rented my own vehicle. I finally had to do my own calling to Service King who is the 3rd party company they use to find out the status of my vehicle . No one at Dent Tech really cared to keep in touch or tabs with me concerning my vehicle return status! Thankfully the guy at service pro told me what was happening and he would call for a windshield today and it might be Monday before it's put in .. not acceptable to me I have my seven year old grandson from Ohio with me and I can't be without a car for another 3 days for just a windshield which should of been put in on Tuesday along with my hood cuz Dent Tech knew a week and half before that I would be dropping off my car on Monday the 22nd till wed (his guesstimate.. ) So the hood and windshield should of been ordered for the 22nd in advance. They had my insurance and deductible to pay for it already ! I should of dealt with Service King from the beginning. Jeremy is making it happen not Dent Tech he has the windshield guy coming now and my car will be ready at 5:30 this afternoon. If it would of been up to Dent Tech my car and I would still be floating in limbo until next week. The worst part is the patronizing attitudes they have at Dent Tech which is all bull crap .. they have no clue what I feel or who I am so telling me they understand my frustration when they put me and my car on a shelf and don't get back to me until I call them to check on my status which they have no clue or have forgotten about cuz it's two days late on their guesstimate and I'm wondering if they are ever going to keep me informed on when do I get my car back. I should never have to call around on my own car status and if I hadn't Service King would of never knew I was expecting my car back on Wed to begin with. Ide rather deal with Service King myself. Jeremy there at Service King was great ! Talk about real customer service and not just saying what you would like to hear instead! I knew I should of listened to that 3rd voice when it said don't trust them to be there for my special needs ! Never again! I finally get my car back a week later no thanks to them but thanks to them I will never issue an insurance payment straight to the company ever again nor will I pay my deductible to them up front! To do so to Dent Tech is to be on ur own when it comes to getting ur car back to you months later! They have no concern for you or ur car after they get ur money. Never pay before and don't trust no one when they say they gotcha and they understand ur frustration! I maybe be on the tougher side but I am tired of paying good money for half ass customer and service. I'm not doing anymore and I will rely on reviews from here on out when it comes to companies. This is my experience with Dent Tech and I'm wasn't satisfied with their intentions! Actions speak louder than words and when I said I need my car in 3 days even maybe 4 max I wasn't kidding so don't take my business if u can't deliver to my expectations to begin with! They were super nice and personable and fit me in on short notice, same day. The work was amazing, they got the tree sap off, polished and waxed the car and it is impeccable.
