First, a lady riding a bicycle stopped, and a few minutes later a man stopped and ended up doing all the work. We were eternally grateful so we tipped the lady and kindly thanked the man. Once we started driving again, Karen started researching places to get a new tire. We called several places with no satisfaction. The only place we found that had the RV tire we needed was LaBelle Tire Center, so we headed that direction. As we arrived at the shop, I was greeted by a guy that was super polite. I told him we had called about replacing the bad tire, so I retrieved it and jokingly said can we get this repaired? Since the tire was beyond repair with large holes in the sidewall, he laughed and took the bad tire in to have it replaced. Within 30 minutes, he had the tire replaced with our spare. He not only mounted the new tire, but he checked the air on all four and even helped me put the spare back on its mount. When I went in to pay, the man at the counter was super pleasant and helpful making our bad experience into a good one. As we were leaving, another shop guy even guided us back safely so we could get back on the main road. As we continued on our journey, I told Karen that was one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had with this type business and if we ever have the situation where we need that type of service, we will literally go out of our way to return to LaBelle Tire Center in LaBelle, FL.

The warranty requested pictures and repair estimate with parts included. in the meantime they finished with the repairs and warranty was still waiting for them to send the paperwork so they can cover repairs. Instead of wasting time I went ahead and paid the invoice myself $4,800 and made a deal with the shop owner to send requested documents to warranty so I can get the money back after the process is finished. As soon as I made payment and my truck left the shop the owner ignored my calls and calls made by warranty representative so I could never get the money back for that repair. All that just because this shop owner is lazy enough just to send 3 papers by email. Very bad business model and I will never go to this shop again.
