I shopped for about 2 weeks sending emails, text, and phone calls. I made a deal with a dealer on labor day weekend and drove over an hour to get there only to be disappointed​ when I got there. They changed the deal and didn't honor what they told me. Fast forward to the following​ weekend I was prepared to drive to Georgia after working out a deal with a dealer there. Last minute I found the Raptor I had been looking for on LaBelle's website. I contacted Chris Martin and explained to him the situation. I sent him pictures and details of my trade. Within an hour we had worked out a deal and I had a buyers order. I had a check sent from my credit union on Friday and drove an hour and a half over to LaBelle on Saturday. When I arrived they already had the truck detailed for me and waiting in the garage. I took it for a quick test drive​​ and went into handle the paperwork. There was some misscomuicaiton about my tags. They ended up having to give me new tags, but didn't pass on the cost to me. They said they'd honor the exact deal we worked out. In and out within an hour. This is how the car buying expirence is supposed to be. They are an honest dealer that knows the value of customer service! When it comes time to buy my next vehicle, they will be tops on my list.

Ron lied about contacting Ford, Ron the director lied about the service being done and how the leak was found. My brakes were fine when it was dropped off on the way home I had no brakes. No where on any documents does it say not to drive the vehicle, it's unsafe to drive or anything. I would really think long and hard. Unless u want to pay for work that they damaged I would not go there.

Against better judgement I decided to give this man a chance and get my car fixed. A mobile…read moremechanic sounded great and he was very nice. But after coming to see my vehicle, diagnosing it, and me paying him an inspection fee, he ghosted me. Has not responded in over a week and has ignored my texts. I think it's extremely unprofessional and rude to just scam me and not communicate back in any way. So now I must go and spend more money at a different shop and my car is still broken. Save yourself from wasting your time and money.
