We spent 4 days, 1.5 of which was redoing mistakes based on his cutting corners, and at the end he gave me a bill for 150% of his estimate based on increased hours. I wasn't meant to do the work at all, and spent 5 hours a day after he would leave to finish before I moved. He then insulted and disparaged me. Never have I had a worse experience with a Mainer.

They were profession and courteous through the whole job, only leaving behind sawdust in the grass. Great group of guys. I later had them come back to replace an 8x12 section of subfloor, main door to the house and floor tiles for the kitchen/entry way. Same experience as the first job. I have them scheduled again for this spring to renovate two bathrooms and replace some windows. Based in part on Owen Corning web page and in part on Yelp reviews I contacted Marsters Roofing. Marsters Roofing responded within an hour, and arranged to come within 2 days. Ephraim showed up on time and inspected the roof with ladder and drone. He replaced the damaged shingle we were aware of and replaced another damaged one that he found in different place on our roof. Now our roof is fixed and with the drone inspection we know there are no problems hidden in areas that we can't see. The cost for the repair seemed quite reasonable, especially considering that they did not install the roof to begin with.
