He did porcelain tile on my bathroom floor and also a tile backsplash in my kitchen. He completed the work in April but I'm just getting around to leaving a review. My wife and I could not be happier with his work! He was pleasant to deal with and understood what we wanted for a custom shower.

Even as delays from other contractors and the insurance process slowed everything down, Pablo remained patient, communicative, and flexible. When those issues were finally resolved, he immediately prioritized our project and moved quickly - finishing well ahead of the expected timeline and helping us get back to normal much sooner than we anticipated. The workmanship is equally strong. The tile layout is thoughtful and precise, with careful attention to detail in every cut and transition. Pablo kept me updated throughout the entire process and offered practical ideas that noticeably improved how the space functions. The result is excellent, and his involvement made the whole experience far easier than it otherwise would have been. The project went well enough that I've already asked him to take on our upcoming bathroom remodel. I'm looking forward to working with him again.

We have been in contact with the store weekly and they still cannot resolve our issue. We will never go back and it's a shame because we are redoing all the floors in our house.

And we purchased these things as well per their advisement. The only problem is that the flooring SUCKS! We purchased 1500 square feet of which 1/4 so far is unusable, coming out of the box with many nicks, splits, dings and milling errors. One even had 2 tongues-never seen that before! Our contractor was pulling out the best pieces to try to install while we were on vacation and when we returned, we were so upset and they had stopped installing as they realized it wasn't going to work. There are gaps even when the boards are tamped super tight, boards are irregular so one is taller than the other or there is a gap in the middle of a length of wood, and there were many, many pieces of wood under 12 inches long, that is unacceptable--THIS IS NOT AN INSTALL PROBLEM! We called the store and the person who sold us the wood claimed, "well, it is an exotic wood." Excuse me, what the hell does that have to do with milling problems? They told us we would have to call the main office in Virginia, so we did. That office told us a case worker would be assigned to us and when we probed further, THEY HUNG UP ON US. we werer not rude, we were not swearing, jut trying to nail down specifics. We are not giving up on this but will NEVER USE LUMBER LIQUIDATORS AGAIN! and we are not newbies, this is our 6th house renovation. This is unacceptable business practice and we are so disappointed. Having our house burn down this Summer was heartbreaking and then having to deal with this BS to restore what was lost makes it so much worse :(

The sheet vinyl needed to be replaced around the toilet. We had a piece left over from the original installation about 25 years ago. Adam was prompt in coming to look at the installation required and gave us a very reasonable quote, He and Mike came when they said they would to replace the flooring. Mike worked diligently and effectively to complete the job. He pieced together the old vinyl with the new in such a way that the seam is almost undetectable! Adam stopped by a time or two to check on the work and make sure everything was perfect. We can't make enough great comments about both these fine young men! Experienced, professional, pleasant and results beyond our expectations! Thank you so much, Mike and Adam, for a difficult job well done! We have a more extensive job coming up in the near future. Canary Flooring will be our first call!

Adam is saying he is taking it down because Brad didn't hire him. No, Brad didn't. I did. My tile in my bathroom is absolutely horrific. Several experienced flooring contractors have looked at it and are mortified at Adam's work. Many of the cuts on my laminate floor they installed were terrible. If you're hiring them to sand and stain your hardwood floors, you may be ok. Anything else, hire professionals who know what they're doing. Also, tell them upfront, that you do not want them bringing their table saw into your home to cut wood. What an absolute mess!! I actually had to hire a cleaning company!! Again, don't waste your money.
