I think very highly of Dr. Preston. She's kind, sensitive and attuned for patient care. As of…read moretoday, I've had one consultation with her and will return for a second visit within the next two weeks. My initial appointment with her was two hours, YES two hours long. Which in this day and age I find pretty remarkable. She looked at me when she asked questions, listened when I responded - basically I felt as if I was seen. I don't have "major" medical issues, however I do need to work on getting my weight down and we will be working on addressing thyroid / energy concerns that I've simply lived with. My intention is to come back to this review within the next 3-4 months to provide an update. As of today, I'm quite pleased as I feel she's a gifted healer and I enjoyed our conversation.

I really like Dr. Preston. You may ask why such a low star rating? I'm rating the whole experience…read moreI get with her and her office. Dr. Preston is friendly and really does listen to everything and tries to do the best to solve those problems naturally. The front desk gal is a whole other side of friendly. She is rude, doesn't say hello, good bye or even thank you. While waiting for Dr. Preston I heard her talk to a patient and told her there is no way she could have a sinus infection because she was able to talk on the phone, then proceeded to contact the doctor the patient wanted to see and told her "I told her she could have 10 mins of your time, because I highly doubt she has an infection." SHE IS NOT A DOCTOR! I'm really torn on going back to this office.

Having to update this review and remove stars pains me. But it needs to be done…read more When my issues were small, he was a great dermatologist. But after a nasty infection, that lasted months, I began to question his methods. Over that time, he prescribed some creams, powders and pills. Even one that cost $100 out-of-pocket. Nothing worked! A friend told me what to do and offered me a sample of her cream, the infection cleared up right away. I was so relieved. So I told him what worked, but he was unwilling to fill the Rx because he felt it was too strong. I spoke to another doctor, that laughed at this reaction. Especially considering several other medical personnel thought my infection was "the worst they had ever seen." Yeah, I was not happy. And now that my other skin issues have worsened, I returned to ask him what to do since the cream he had given me in the past was not working. I mentioned some other therapies I had read online and that I was open to any suggestions. He didn't really seem interested in trying anything new and had no other options for me. He handed me an Rx for more of the cream that didn't work. This really puzzled me knowing that his background was in care of people with psoriasis and eczema conditions. As someone who is also in the medical profession, I understand the need to be cautious. But I fear Dr. Antazana is this to a fault. It's been a few months now and I'm still in pain. And although I've been his patient for years, I'm going to seek out a new dermatologist. I guess picking a name randomly in the phone book isn't the best way to pick a doctor.

Imagine the worst abscessed tooth...that is what it is like everyday of my life. I don't know how she sleeps at night. I sued her and she has very little malpractice insurance. They offered my $20,000 to go away and I said no. In the end she paid off my attorneys and I walked away with nothing. Run....don't walk...from her care. And I am not the first one to file a lawsuit against her. Shame on you Dr Srinivasan.

Exactly 8 years ago today at 5 am, I entered Swedish Hospital in Seattle to undergo brain surgery…read morefor Chiari Malformation. It was the single most petrifying thing I have ever done in my life. I entered the hospital with the following symptoms that thousands of people around the world also have, but cannot find doctors to give them answers for because most doctors are not trained in Chiari. My symptoms were... a chronic cough that made my head feel like someone had shot a gun through it at point blank lasting about 30 seconds each time; with each cough also came an electrical zapping that felt like bolts of lightning or a taser shooting out the top of my head and fingers and toes; I had complete dizziness that never stopped, causing it to be hard to think, see, concentrate, walk, shower, cook, shop, drive, fall asleep, pretty much do anything; upper and lower extremities would constantly fall asleep randomly; I would choke on nothing without warning, and also while eating and drinking without warning, my swallowing function would randomly just stop; I also felt like I had a golf ball in my throat even though a scope said I was fine; my vision was off; my gait felt choppy and uncoordinated, my memory was non-existent; I was unable to think of words when talking; I would say sentences that didn't make sense... And more! Thankfully God led me to a surgeon who was up to date on the latest Chiari research and she knew about all my symptoms and what my imaging meant. I will be forever grateful to Dr Jayashree Srinivasen, because I was on the very edge and she saved my life. Two weeks after my surgery, the lightening bolts and the gunshot head pain just disappeared. Many of the other symptoms continued to disappear over time. It has taken a long time to heal. At about 4 to 5 years post op, I stopped improving, but I am extremely grateful for as far as I have come in this journey. Thank you to those who have read this far. And thank you for my friends and family who have carried me through this. You know who you are and you are priceless to me. God bless you for being there for me! And I love all of you! Praying the surgery continues to hold and I never need a second one! Happy Zipperversary to Me! Lol Tammi Davie, 6/30/24
