I received multiple calls a month or so later confirming that I still lived at the old address (I had put in a formal change directly with Brads office), and wanting to know whatever happened with the home I was going to purchase (I had purchased it already and spoke with a woman from that office who confirmed that she got all of that processed.) In Brad's defense he was not a part of these phone calls, but was a part of the cancelling phone call in which he got a very snotty attitude and hung up abrubtly. THAT'S what my husband and I want. We are perfectly comfortable paying our insurance premiums and NEVER needing to file a claim. On the other hand, if we do experience a disaster we want to be protected. We really appreciate Dave Hallett, our Farmers insurance agent. He knows his business and he shares that knowledge freely. We previously worked with a Farmers insurance agent in Rogue River, which is just too far away from us. We wanted to change to an agent close by us and we chose Dave. We are so glad we did because we were over-insured on our house but did NOT have marketplace replacement cost although we had asked for it numerous times. That is not good!!! We were paying too much in premiums but did not have adequate coverage. We got that changed. We wanted to have an earthquake endorsement because of the Cascadia Subduction Zone. We got that added, which gives us additional peace of mind. As far away as we are from the coast, hopefully Medford will not experience an earthquake that does significant damage. Again, however, we want to be prepared just in case. We can't recommend Dave more highly. He's kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. Oh! He's pretty funny, too, which makes him even more of a pleasure to do business with.

David Hallett arranged my homeowner's coverage with the only company in the US to provide…read moreinsurance for mobile homes in February of 2022. I provided all documentation of my ownership and the mortgage company information due to the mortgage company including insurance premiums in the monthly payment. Due to some miscommunication between the morgage company and the insurance carrier of my policy, when payment was due for insurance, I was personally notified to pay the insurance premium by the insurance carrier even though I had paid for the coverage with my mortgage payments. Mr. Hallet told me as recently as February that the situation had been resolved. I received a cancellation notice in the mail today from the insurance carrier. I called Mr. Hallet to straighten matters out but he called me several hours later telling me "to beat the bushes" for coverage when he knows full well no other insurance company in the US covers homeowner's insurance for mobile homes. This is a blatant disregard for me as a paying customer as well as incompetence to advise me in this way. I told him I was filing complaints with the BBB and NAIC and including his name in the complaints. He promptly hung up on me. I DO NOT recommend his services as an insurance agent if this is how he conducts business.

Then said he was busy but would contact me in the morning. So about 11 am I began to wonder, so I emailed him. I didn't hear anything, so about 12:30 I emailed him again. Finally around 1 he sent me a vague email asking some questions. I asked for clarification. Long story short the deal fell apart due to his lack of communication and he had the nerve to blame it on me, saying I wasn't disclosing stuff, because I had asked for clarification. Save your time... go somewhere else.
