This firm is exceptional! They were recommended by several friends and family members who own businesses in the Rogue Valley, and jumped in head-first to salvage the books of my two businesses (one S-Corp and one LLC), after four years of working with another firm who made massive mistakes and abruptly terminated our contract when I presented questions to them following a contact by the IRS. Aryan Patel went above and beyond to clean up our books, and he put an unmeasurable amount of effort into both educating us on how to more properly account for items that were not previously accounted for correctly, and educating us on the granular details of how the accounting ties into the returns. Prior to having our 2024 returns filed, he left no stone unturned, digging into the details of past filings to better understand our businesses, and correcting mistakes made by the other firm, including assets that were mislabeled and/or were not expensed or depreciated despite me providing the supporting documentation in writing to the other firm on numerous occasions. For the first time since becoming a business owner, I actually know that every single expense and asset is properly accounted for, and I can locate where they exist within my books. The morning our returns were filed, he provided us with a 90-minute in-person meeting to go over every detail of our books and returns, before providing us with a comprehensive consultation on how to best optimize our returns for 2025. At the end of it all, we were charged half of what the other firm charged, and this firm put forth 10x the effort. After moving to Medford, we decided to recruit Mr. Warekois's CPA group to complete our 2015 taxes. I would have to say we were generally pleased with the results overall. However, there were a few mistakes that should have not occurred. One was we owned a rental property in another state and after the filing date, received a letter from that state regarding the incorrect submission of the taxes. When the taxes were complete and we reviewed them with the associate, they had made another mistake regarding healthcare and that we were part of the exchange when we had health insurance through our employers. Who are fairly large employers as well so I don't know how that was mistaken. Lastly, and probably most important, when we showed up for our first appointment, there was no greeting and when an associate asked if she could help us. We stated who we were and that we had an appointment with_________. This lady just happened to be who we made the appointment with, made no effort to introduce herself and the overall experience was that for a CPA office who charges a fair amount, there was no professionalism at all. Bottom line we will be searching for another local CPA to develop a long standing relationship with. read more
