With one conversation, Dale was able to connect me to a bank with fantastic rates and terms. He answered all my questions and educated me on the differences between commercial and home lending. Dale is super responsive, found me a great loan, and also provided me SBA funding advice due to the COVID impact. There's something about Dale that when having a conversation with him, you quickly trust him. I normally like to communicate over e-mail but Dale insisted we speak over the phone to cover some complex topics. Major pro: Dale was very upfront about his fee and explained each of the charges. Even though we locked in with the lender we saw the market drop again by about .15%. I'm not sure how mortgage brokers entirely work but I believe Dale had the option to pocket the difference (yield spread premium). Instead I got the rate adjusted lower with escrow closing within the month!
