After 5 months of them not giving me a closing date I went to Trinity Mortgage and got approved at a lower rate in7 days and over the Thanksgiving holiday week. Then my nightmare continued when Wells bought my loan. Now I've been trying to get them to correct a misapplication of payments for 5 months. I was given a case manager to handle it and now it's worse than before. I have a sign in my yard of my new subdivision I live in telling people to see me before using Wells for their lender. I tell people in line at the grocery store this story. They are horrible.
