Shane is great. An absolute professional. He knows his stuff and won't let you, or your business, spend extra dollars on non essentials. I had problems with my laptop. I needed to know if it was fixable or if I needed a new one. Unfortunately, I needed a new one, but Shane saved me a bunch of money. He's trustworthy with tour equipment and information. I can highly recommend. read more

I hired Shane to hook up a new laptop. He charges $75 per hour plus mileage. He was here 4 hours! I got the feeling he wasn't working a lot of the time. He charged me $340!! I had to have him come back because he failed to connect to the scanner. He charged me again! When I complained, he got nasty with me. I have a friend that had the same experience. Never again. read more

Shane, of Grantham Consulting, was terrific. I called late on Monday, he picked up my computer on Tuesday, fixed it, and brought it back on Wednesday morning. My computer now runs as it should without overheating. This was great customer service and complete repair. I recommend him very highly and will not hesitate to recommend him or to call him again for any problem. read more
