First change was the way they reconstructed the pool itself which is fine and it's still a hot Springs pool, which is wonderful. The view is amazing just to sit back relax and see the mountains surrounding you is like none other. However, their price has gone up since the 1980s. I believe we paid three or five dollars to get in now it's $30 per person for a day. They don't provide towels but they'll sell you a towel for $10 they don't provide lockers, but you can rent one for $.50 Like I said, I love the Hot Springs pool but it's expensive that's the worst thing I can say about it will I go again, ... 100% But bring $$.

We were checked in by a friendly lady who offered me a Veteran's discount. FWIW, currently, the prices charged seemed higher than those on the website, but lower than other soaking options. We brought our own towels and found a lounge chair to hold them. There are several pools and I was surprised to learn the lap pool is not geothermal water--cool city water there. The first pool was 88 degrees and designed for kids. Too chilly for me, but my son spent most of his time here playing water basketball and swimming around. Second pool was in the mid-90s and felt much better to me. I was also able to enjoy the 102 degree (about my threshold for being "hot") adults-only pool. Watching the pools and surrounding peaks as the sun set was awesome. Very nice. About these things were were stoked. We were not stoked to learn upon checkin that the slides had closed at 6pm, along with the activity pool. This info apparently relies on word of mouth--not their website--to know in advance. We'd have come the next morning had we known. Boo. Lame, even. With kids, this place is a winner if arriving well before the slides close. 6pm. You heard it here. Adults only? There are several better options nearby. 3.5 stars

We were only in the kid area and the lazy river but still great. My kids had a blast with all the slides. The staff was very friendly. The locker rooms were very clean. Thank you!

It had been years since we've been here and it still doesn't disappoint like 7 years later!…read more $7.50 adult day admission, $6.50 for kids. Just $20 for an all day pass and access to classes, rock walk, indoor water park with slides and lap pools, splash pad outside... really great facility. We brought our own towels because it's a $1 rental and we had some in our car (a summer staple!). Best part was no sunscreen! Coming from Arizona and staying at Purgatory for the week to enjoy cooler weather, the no sunscreen part is pretty exciting. My kids rave about this place (now 11 and 13 years old). The rock wall is no joke, either! Unlimited access during open hours (special hours for rock wall, but generally closed after 4pm). Kayaks in the pool at 6pm on Wednesdays for a $5 rental? What is the Colorado? Super cool way to learn!
