I've seen a lot of improvement on my form and definition in just 3 weeks alone. I was what you'd think fit before but honestly HUGE change and so much progress. Form is something that I try to focus on and when you do an exercise the right way it's a game changer. I've seen fitness instructors and coaches who just tell you what you need to do, typically the super muscular ones who sit there and wait until your hour session is done but not heather. She watches you, looks at your form, posture and breathing, pushes you every single time. When you get a breakthrough moment you can see her eyes just light up. Also, I am NOT a morning person and I see her at 7am, I wake up early just because I get so excited to get my week going the right way. If I could I would see her every day. The amount of energy, positivity and mindset I have after our sessions is unreal. I feel like I can conquer the world and nothing is going to stand in my way of my goal, dreams and aspirations. If you've read THIS far and still wondering if you should take the leap or is it worth it? You should do it. This is coming from someone who everyone said is already in shape and heather pushed me to a whole other level. Upon settling down here I started in immediately with Pilates and became certified as a Mat instructor. I still felt that I was missing the strength training I needed. A friend at the Pilates Studio recommended Lesley to me and I have never been happier. I am in my mid-60's and have better bone strength and general body strength. She listens to what your concerns and possible limitations are and works those areas. She also knows what the body mechanics are for your personal body and helps you strengthen the weaker areas.
