Instead of working with me to find the best solution, Brady Anderson chose to terminate our doctor-patient relationship. According to local surgical center's product managers, Brady Anderson had multiple mesh patches at his disposal. Central Texas Surgical Associates does not care about their patients, only about their money. Brady Anderson valued quantity over quality and that goes against his Hippocratic Oath that all physicians should uphold.

I'm a Disabled Veteran and went here because it was on My VA List of Acceptance. My first…read moreappointment was at 8:00am, after waiting for 45 minutes it was not 8:45am and people walking in were going straight back while i was still waiting. I ask the next person coming in what time their appointment was, they stated 9:00am. And just like all the rest they checked in and was taken back. I ask the front desk why i was not being seen when my appointment was 8:00am, and was told it was actually at 8:15am but their appointments said otherwise. I said i was leaving and contacting the VA to have them removed from the VA list because they would not serve me. I was then Immediately called back, and when I met the DR. She was Extremely Rude and even said I had the hygene of a homeless person because I had an Eye Infection. This was from cleaning up a property I bought and spent an entire weekend mowing it, and had a lot of dirt and blown into my face all weekend. Now trying to set up an appointment for the past 2 weeks and no one answers the phone and no one calls me back from leaving messages! This place is horrible for customer service and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!
