I had my sister go in to grab the paperwork I needed to fill out since she lives here. He was rude to her the minute she walked in and never made her feel welcomed. We ended up making an appointment for today at 4. I was not aware of the construction on 395, so we were running a few minutes late. As soon as we got stopped in traffic I called my sister to go meet him and inform him we were almost there. At 4:07 while I'm on the phone with my sister telling her we are 3 minutes away he simply gets in his car and tells her that he isn't going to show us the property anymore, that if we wanted to see it we would have to reschedule. Really? He knows we're coming from Reno, he knows we are 3 minutes away?? Who does that? I told my sister to ask him if she could see the property and he simply refused. I end up going to his office, got there at 4:13pm. When I entered, no greeting at all. I went over and inform him we had an appointment at 4. He simply said your late. I asked, your not even going to give me a 10 minute window?? There was construction 395 and I'm driving all the way from Reno to see this property. He showed no empathy at all. He obviously doesn't care about his clients. I will never come back to this location.
