Alex was quick with his reply and we arranged to meet at my home on the 4th of July, and he arrived exactly on time. At first, it took a few moments to catch on to his accent. This very pleasant handyman is formerly a Russian, and he is perfectly happy to be alive and working in the home of the brave. In he walked, very confident, with a fairly lrge satchel full of assorted tools. I brought him to the site of the offending troublesome valve and he set to work on it at once. In what was probably less than 20 minutes, he had the toilet flushing perfectly, at least 4 times, allowing a fill each time. Congratulations Alex! QUALITY: One cannot argue with success.
