After the cleaning, my bathtub still had stains, there were dishes left in the sink, and cobwebs were still hanging from the light fixtures. It genuinely looked like the cleaners rushed or didn't bother at all. When I called to let them know about the poor service and explain that I didn't want to continue with their company, the owner became defensive and started making excuses. He claimed that stains, dishes, and cobwebs could "appear in 3-4 days," and tried to blame the fact that I called a few days after the appointment. Instead of taking responsibility or offering to make it right, he was rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional. What shocked me most was that he even threatened to post our phone conversation on social media if I left a bad review. That alone says everything about how this company treats customers. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Save your money and hire a company that actually cares about doing the job right and treating clients with respect.

I was compensated for my floors, but my double reclining sofa was left in three pieces and the hardware to put it back together is no where to be found rendering the sofa useless. Also, a U-Haul had to be rented twice to finish the move and new movers had to be hired to finish the job after a double garage full of boxes and furniture were just unloaded and left.
