Walk into the hair studio and was pointed in the direction of Chantele's area. Chantele greeted me with a smile. Her massage room was very inviting, clean, and very comfortable. She was very pleasant and professional. This was my first time receiving a massage from a woman and she definitely did a great job. Upon entering I had high hopes because the reception to the spa area although it was small it looked warm and inviting. I was checked in and led to a women's restroom/locker room and this is where my experience became lackluster. I was shown a locker where to put my things and there was a rolled up half towel situation and some blue slippers. I'm a big girl. Never was I asked what size I needed for either. My butt was out and the slides were too small....... Then as I'm putting my belongings in the locker I noticed that the floor was filthy. Like hair, dust, like it may not have been swept in about a week. Then I was led to a room with oxygen chairs, I was told to have a seat, but the oxygen service was never explained or anything, there were also snacks in the area and I knew I could partake due to signage the hostess who brought me to the area was very frazzled and didn't seem to know what she was doing. I can't remember her name. The ONLY reason why they got the two stars is because the person who did my Posh Facial was the TRUTH. If it had not been for her I would have gave the entire experience 0 stars would not recommend. I actually struggled with writing this review because I want us to WIN but we have to do better. After my service was over the checkout was EVEN worse than the check in. There were people standing in the hallway right outside my door because there was no more available seats in the waiting area. When I went back in the locker room now there was now what looked to be pubic hairs and candy wrappers on the floor, the hostess this time did pick up the used robes and slides out of the floor before she left me to change. When I got back to the front there were two other young ladies checking out before me and I heard them questioning their total. You can ask for a shower cap, if not your hair will get wet. The experience is about 90 minutes and you are full nude. There is a sheet separating you from some else. About 10 mins initially of you laying in the steam, then a full body mask for 10 mins, then rinse, then the scrubbing starts, then a rinse, then another scrub, then a coffee scrub is applied & you sit for 5 mins, and then a rinse- whole time in the steam room. They will offer you water and an Ethiopian smoothie (whole milk, banana, honey, flax seed).I would have given 5 stars but I did notice the cushions where you sit to relax had some stains from makeup and the changing room offered brushes and etc but you could see hair in them from previous usage. I think they should offer disposable items for the area. I think after you finish your service the resting area should be in a different room, as they come in an clean right after and bring the next guest in but its a distraction from just relaxing for your $145 service. I would highly recommend checking them out, skin feels like a baby after the treatment. I would suggest bringing your own lotion, deodorant, and hair tools.

I attempt to book again but I was told to book online. No worries, I used the online service found and appt for the next day and booked it! Later I received a phone call to confirm my appt and was told that my Groupon would only cover a portion of the service instead of the entire massage as the Groupon initially stated. Then she proceeded to tell me she was now mobile and she would have to come to me, and if I was outside a certain radius. There would be an additional mileage charge. I explained to her that's not what I paid for, and that should have been indicated in your website. (Which was taken down shortly after). Further more I don't want folks coming to my home to give me a massage. Again that's not what I paid for. She said well you will need to cancel. I said no you need to cancel otherwise the site will charge me $10 cancellation fee. She would not cancel as a result I was charge the fee. It's just tough. You want to support people but they have no concept of customer service. I get that her business model changed from brick and mortar to mobile. But let people no in advance and also communicate the change to honoring the Groupon so people can trade it in for something else. Just totally ridiculous.

Service man found heater leak and gave me an estimate of $465 to install new heater and it would have to be ordered. When I called to get it ordered, the price went up to over $1000 dollars. I had to travel here for this appointment. I got a partial message saying they needed to "schedule well actually reschedule" (I quote) the appointment that I am sitting here waiting on. My sales associate has said that this is unusual and does not understand why we cannot get any service. But I am not getting help from the Kennesaw branch at all. I will update this if they indeed do come, if they indeed do help me fix the problems that I have, and if it works or not. So my update is that I got an immediate call this morning about how to address my concerns. All the concerns were addressed. Hunter did an amazing job teaching me everything and fixed one thing. He taught me how to use all my chemicals and explained some things I needed to take care of in the future. So far so good and I'm very excited about getting to use the spa and now knowing how to maintain it.
